I’ve spent my career in media — building companies, leading teams, launching shows, and doing the kind of work that looks effortless from the outside and is anything but. Along the way, I kept looking for a resource that felt like it was built for someone like me. A place that understood the founder who is also a mother, a leader, a creative, a human being trying to hold it all together with grace.
I didn’t find it. Everything I came across felt either too corporate or too casual. Too focused on the unicorn success story or too surface-level to be useful. There was no place that said: wherever you are in this journey, you belong here.
So I built The Female Founder. Not because I had it all figured out — but because I knew I wasn’t the only one looking for this. A space that is inclusive of every stage, every size, every kind of business. The woman making $60K a year and the woman running a $500M company. The one just starting out and the one who has been at it for decades. All of them belong here.
My superpower — and the thing I care most deeply about — is mindset. I believe with everything I have that the right mindset changes everything. It’s not a platitude. It’s the foundation. When you shift how you think about what’s possible, what you’re capable of, and what you deserve — your business shifts too. That belief is woven into everything we do here.
